1.1 These purchase terms apply when you, as a consumer, place orders from Ecoride AB on Ecoride.se. By ordering on Ecoride.se, you accept the terms published at the time as stated below and confirm that the information you provide about yourself is correct. Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details about products, price, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact our customer service. Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation.
1.2 When ordering on Ecoride.se, a purchase agreement is entered into between you and Ecoride AB. The agreement is made in Swedish. Purchase agreements are archived and made available to the customer. To make a purchase, you must accept these purchase terms. By completing a purchase, you accept Ecoride AB's purchase terms on Ecoride.se and commit to following the purchase terms in their entirety. 1.3 To order on Ecoride.se, you as a customer must be at least 18 years old, as we do not accept credit purchases for persons under 18 years according to Swedish law. If you are under 18, parental consent is required before ordering. We reserve the right to change or deny an order under certain circumstances (e.g., if the customer has provided incorrect personal information).
1.4 We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and the sale of products. Examples of this include errors in product descriptions, product technical specifications, content lists, user manuals, incorrect prices, or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. This also includes incorrect prices resulting from manual handling errors or technical faults. 2.1 When ordering on Ecoride.se, the prices stated on the website at the time of ordering apply. Our prices on Ecoride.se are stated in Swedish kronor. In the Checkout, you can see the total price including VAT. Any fees and deducted discounts. The prices do not include any shipping fees and payment fees which are stated separately in a clear manner before the customer completes the order.
2.2 By "lowest price in the last 30 days" is meant the lowest price that Ecoride.se has offered the product for sale during the 30 days preceding a price reduction. The promotional prices are stated and calculated against the lowest price in the last 30 days for the respective product. The lowest price may refer to a lower regular price or a previous promotional price.
3.1 Ecoride.se may, during certain periods and circumstances, offer campaigns & discount codes that may result in more favourable prices or conditions than those stated in these purchase terms. This may, for example, involve an extended right of withdrawal. Such conditions apply as long as the campaign or offer is ongoing and cover the specific goods included in the campaign or offer. We reserve the right to withdraw these at any time. Upon the conclusion or withdrawal of a campaign or offer, these purchase terms apply without changes. Offers on specific products are valid for a limited time and while supplies last.
4.1 The customer can pay in the ways specified in connection with the order. To make the payment as smooth and secure as possible, we cooperate with Qliro. Through Qliro, we offer invoice payment, instalment payment, account payment, card payment, and direct payment. For Qliro's complete terms, click on Instalment & Campaign, Trustly or SECCI. For increased security, we use 3D-Secure, which is a global security standard developed by VISA and Mastercard for payments over the internet. In the case of credit purchases, a credit check may be carried out, which you will be informed about if applicable. Ecoride AB reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods and to change the selected payment method if it does not work at the time of ordering or if the customer is not approved for the selected payment method. If invoice is chosen as the payment method, the invoice will be sent by email to the email address you provided when ordering. The option of a paper invoice sent by post is possible for a fee, which is normally 29 SEK.
4.2 Qliro invoice. Invoice fee 29 SEK. The invoice must be paid within 14 days from the invoice date. The invoice is sent via email to the email address you provide at the time of purchase. In case of late payment, a reminder will be sent to you and a late fee of 60 SEK will be charged along with interest on arrears at 24% + the applicable reference rate. In case of further delay, a statutory collection fee will be added.
For invoice purchases, we reserve the right to conduct a credit check through Qliro AB. The collection and processing of your personal data and credit information is necessary for us to process your request for 14 days credit.

4.3 Qliro account & instalment payment
When you choose instalment payment, you will immediately be informed if your application has been approved, and we can process your purchase promptly. If your application is not approved, you can go back and choose an alternative payment method.
You can have one or more ongoing instalment purchases, and Qliro compiles them on a monthly invoice sent to you via email in the middle of each month. You can pay your entire remaining debt at any time during the instalment period.

4.4 Card payments. Card payments are made in systems that meet the requirements according to the PCI-DSS security standard. For information about your payment, contact Qliro via the contact details at https://www.qliro.com/ You can choose to pay the entire order value with a debit or credit card. We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. No card fee is charged. Credit card payments are handled by our payment partner Qliro to ensure fast and secure payment. For increased security, we use 3D-Secure, which is a global security standard developed by VISA and Mastercard for payments over the Internet. Here's how it works: 1. Select Credit Card as the payment method at checkout. You will now be linked to Qliro's secure payment server. 2. Choose the type of credit card, enter the card number, expiry date, the card's security code (CVV), and the name of the cardholder. Please note that when using e-cards, you should specify at least two months' validity. 3. A check is carried out to ensure the card details are correct and that there is coverage for the purchase. 4. 5.1 Ecoride.se delivers in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, and Poland.
5.2 Orders received before 13:30 are usually dispatched the same day. The delivery time is then 1-3 working days depending on the chosen shipping method and postcode. Unfortunately, we have no influence over any delays by the shipping company. In the event of such delivery delays, we will continue to monitor the order. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and a delivery is unreasonably delayed, and this is not due to you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase completely free of charge.
5.3 Please check that the delivery details, such as address and phone number, are correct before completing the purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change these details after the order has been packed & dispatched. It is always your responsibility as a customer to provide the correct details when completing the order.
5.4 If your order is to be collected at a postal agent, you will receive a notification describing where and when the package should be collected. The package must be collected within the time specified in the notification; this depends on the shipping option you choose. Notification can be made via email, SMS, or regular mail. Ecoride Home Delivery (Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö)
In the city centre of Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Malmö, we offer home delivery directly to your home. Ecoride staff will deliver the electric bike to your home address and go through how the electric bike works for 15 minutes, all to make you as comfortable as possible when you receive your Ecoride electric bike. You only pay 299 SEK for this service.
Ecoride Store (Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö) DHL – Free shipping
Get your new Ecoride electric bike delivered to one of Ecoride's stores in Gothenburg, Stockholm, or Malmö. Ecoride store staff will safely and securely go through the electric bike with you.
DHL home delivery
Our partner DHL delivers our electric bikes to our partner network throughout Sweden at record speed. The delivery time to your chosen Ecoride agent is usually between 1-3 days, if the product is in stock. Under certain circumstances such as high order intake or lack of product availability from the supplier, the order may have a longer delivery time. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. In these cases, we will provide you with a new delivery time. Any shipping cost and/or assembly cost is shown in the shopping cart when you add a product. Our products are delivered well packaged and through the Ecoride agent, you will receive a properly assembled electric bike and local service.
PostNord Agent (Smaller packages)
If you choose the "MyPack" shipping method, the package is sent to an agent and identification is required upon collection. The delivery time is 1-2 working days and you will receive a tracking number from us when the order has been dispatched. With the tracking number, you can track the package on PostNord's website. You will also receive an SMS notification from PostNord when the package has been delivered to your chosen agent.
PostNord Home Delivery
If you choose the shipping method "PostNord Mailbox 1st class" – the package will be delivered to your mailbox in the first instance. If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it will be left at your front door instead. When choosing this shipping method, you as a customer are responsible for the shipment from the time PostNord has delivered and registered the delivery. The delivery time is 1-2 working days.
Try and buy an electric bicycle at an Ecoride agent
You are welcome to visit one of our Ecoride retailers as well as our own stores in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö. In our Ecoride electric bike stores, we have all our models represented and ready for you. The stores are centrally located with bike paths right outside. As our store stock is limited, you may have to wait a few days for certain models, but since we have regular deliveries from our central warehouse, it usually does not take more than 3-7 days. Under certain circumstances such as high order intake, deliveries may take longer.
6.1 If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving the relevant products, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. You always have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason by notifying us at info@ecoride.se.
6.2 If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you should send a clear and unambiguous message to us about your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement (e.g. by email). For smooth handling, we recommend that you email us at info@ecoride.se or use the Consumer Agency's standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal, which you can find here. For efficient handling, you need to provide your order number, reason for return, and contact details so that we can identify your return. To exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient that you send your message about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
6.3 If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments made for the affected order excluding any delivery costs incurred (note that extra delivery costs resulting from you choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer are not included). The refund will be made without delay and at the latest 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will wait to issue your refund until we have received the item or items back from you. We will normally use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed with us otherwise.
6.4 You must return the item to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
6.5 When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for both the return cost and ensuring that the item/items are returned undamaged. You will therefore have to pay the direct costs of returning the item. The costs for return shipping are estimated to be approximately 50 SEK – but can vary significantly in some cases depending on the size of the package. Please note that as the sender of the return package, you are responsible for ensuring that the items have reached us – therefore we recommend that you send the items in a trackable and insured manner. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
6.6 The right of withdrawal only applies if the item is in substantially unchanged condition. As a customer, you have the right to examine the item or items, but you must not break the packaging or try the product, as it cannot be returned due to wear. The right to withdraw therefore ceases when you break the packaging.
7.1 Please contact customer service at info@ecoride.se before returning an item, regardless of the reason, for instructions and efficient case management. In the event of a complaint, you should contact your local Ecoride representative or customer service as soon as possible after receiving the product. Ecoride checks all submitted complaints in accordance with your fault description. If it turns out to be a handling error or if the product is faultless, the customer will be charged from 250 SEK for the testing work. Ecoride is not responsible for costs that may arise due to a defective item. Returns must be sent back in the original packaging and well packed. Transport damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you as the customer. For your complaint to be approved, the invoice must be attached.
7.2 If your complaint is made in a timely manner and there is a fault with the product according to the Consumer Purchase Act, we will send out a new product. If we cannot replace the product for any reason, we will refund you what you have paid for the product. If the fault is of significant importance to you, you always have the right to cancel the purchase.
7.3 After a registered return or complaint request, you will be contacted via email for further instructions regarding your case. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain about your purchase to us within a reasonable time (but no more than three years). If you want to complain about a product, you should do so within a reasonable time after you noticed or ought to have noticed the fault by contacting us. The fault should normally be an original fault and not caused by incorrect use/handling of the item. Complaints made within two months from when you discovered the fault are always considered to have been made in time.
7.4 We at Ecoride.se always have the right to take the item you wish to complain about as a return, in order to examine the item and address the complaint. You will receive a return label from us in the event of a complaint. If the complaint is denied, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost of 49 SEK, which we will add to your invoice or chosen payment method. If the complaint is approved, we will contact you via email with a solution for a new item or a refund.
7.5 If you receive a damaged or opened box upon delivery, contact us immediately, no later than 2 days after receiving the delivery. Damaged packaging or a damaged product should be photographed and sent to us along with the remaining information about your complaint. Please note that the damaged packaging or damaged product must be saved until the complaint is completed and you have received a response from us.
8.1 For parcels that have not been collected or that have been cancelled according to our terms and have been returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 750 SEK plus any additional return fees to cover our transport and administration costs.
9.1 We always strive for you as a customer to feel satisfied with your purchase. If you have complaints or claims against us, we are happy to receive them at our customer service. We ask you to send an email to info@ecoride.se. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). The National Board for Consumer Disputes can be reached either via the website www.arn.se or via this address: Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm.
9.2 If your claim or complaint has arisen due to an online purchase, there is also an option to use the EU's online platform to resolve disputes. The EU's online platform can be accessed via https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Please note that if you submit a complaint via this platform, the matter will automatically be forwarded to the appropriate national dispute resolution body.
9.3 Disputes concerning the application or interpretation of these purchase terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and decided by the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
10.1 Ecoride reserves the right to make changes to the purchase terms.
