When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will then receive a delivery notice via email. Finally, you will be notified via SMS when your package is ready for collection or when you can expect a home delivery.

To offer the best packaging solution and fast deliveries, your order may be sent in two or more parcels. This will be indicated in the tracking link you receive in your delivery confirmation. Your packages may arrive at the collection point at different times, but you should always be able to track your shipments via the carrier's website.
We deliver within 1-3 working days within Sweden. Please note that we only receive an estimated delivery date from our carriers. Under special circumstances, such as sales periods and holidays, longer delivery times may occur due to high demand.
Ecoride offers free shipping for all our electric bikes. Other orders incur a shipping cost of 39 SEK.
We offer delivery of small packages with PostNord, and larger packages such as electric bikes via DHL home delivery and Ecoride Home Delivery. Ecoride home delivery is only available in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö.

All our electric bikes are delivered to your home address or collect in store. Smaller parcels delivered by Postnord remain at your postal agent for 7 days after arrival. If your parcel is not collected during this time, it will in most cases be returned to our warehouse. Uncollected parcels are charged a fee of 99 SEK, which is deducted from the total order amount. If you change your mind after ordering, you need to receive the parcel and then return it to avoid it being registered as 'uncollected'.
We offer a 30-day return policy after receiving delivery. For an approved return, the following criteria must be met: The product must be returned in the same condition as received All labels must be intact
If you choose to return part or all of your order, a handling fee of 49 SEK will be deducted from the total refund amount. You can read more about our return process here.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received an email 2–3 working days after we have received your return back at our warehouse, please contact us here. From the time we receive your return at our warehouse, it is expected to be processed and refunded within 7 working days.

If it concerns the keys for the frame lock, they can be ordered via Abus provided you have the serial number for the keys. If it concerns the keys for the battery attached under the saddle, you will need to replace the battery base and replace it with a new one, which will then include a lock cylinder and keys.
